Saul is a strategic senior supply chain executive with over twenty years experience.  He has a proven track record in developing and implementing business solutions resulting in reduced operating costs, improved revenues and profits, increased efficiencies and customer service excellence.  Saul has extensive logistics and supply chain management experience in North American markets specializing in distribution, manufacturing and service related  industries.  He is effective in delivering results by maximizing return on equity while creating a productive and rewarding work environment.

Prior to starting a consulting practice, Saul was employed for 11 years as Vice-President Supply Chain & Operations for a global office products company with annual sales in excess of $3 billion.  While in this position, Saul planned and carried out the largest corporate restructuring in the Canadian subsidiary’s history, on time and under budget.  The consolidation project involved the merging of two distribution centers into one state of the art facility strategically situated between two key geographical regions. The distribution project included responsibility for sourcing of land, design and construction management of a $23M, 215,000 square foot fulfillment center in Kingston, Ontario. 

While in this role, Saul implemented key performance indicators for all logistics and supply chain processes to ensure quality, productivity, cost controls and most importantly customer service levels were always met and surpassed. Saul successfully introduced "best practices" structure and methodology on a national basis in all logistics and supply chain areas of the organization working in concert with the European parent company. Saul was also involved in a global SAP implementation throughout the supply chain network. 

Saul also held the senior position of Director Supply Chain & Operations for a Fortune 500 international office equipment manufacturer for four years.  Other positions held were management roles in supply chain, sales and operations planning, logistics, inventory management, production planning, purchasing and finance for Fortune 500 companies.
